I made this video a while ago—back in April of 2024, in fact, but I never got around to uploading it because well, hello ADHD, and I was planning on adding some music to it, and a couple of voice-overs where I just talk about things and stuff, but fuck it. Due to my medical issues, I’ve been stuck in the house for quite some time now, so I decided to watch some of my old recordings of me actually getting out in nature. I found this one and quite enjoyed just watching it in silence. So, I’ve decided not to talk all over it, nor to add music to it and just share it with you as-is…
Just a slow, quiet drive through the reserve…
I’ve been meaning to travel through the reserve again, but since my muscle injury and my recent surgery, driving has been rather painful. That said, I am healing, and I will get back out there again as soon as possible.
I’m still working towards my VanLife goal!
There are various other nature reserves nearby that I still want to explore, and I won’t let another chemotherapy session prevent me from doing so. As long as I have the energy to drive, I will get out there again, soon.
I may not yet have a camper van, but I’m tired of being stuck at home all the time, so I will make an effort to get out and explore nature in the vehicle that I currently have, as often as I am able to #Travel.
